Founder & President
Michele Carroll founded Carrollco Marketing in 1993, which has satisfied more than 450+ clients worldwide. She’s respected for leading change for positive impact, by clarifying vision and mobilizing teams to execute. She leads two dynamic non-profits: CSCMP’s San Francisco Roundtable and MDUUC; and holds a BA and International MBA.
Global Logistics, International Trade
Larry Clopp led Accenture’s Global Trade practice with clients in bio/pharma, med device, apparel and high tech, founded Intelleflex and Serendipity Chocolates, was a Director of Gartner, CSC, Coopers & Lybrand and Cap Gemini, International Ops lead at Adobe, HP and Amdahl. While traveling the world, Larry advises Carrollco and its clients on trade, IT and logistics.
Digital Marketing/Web Design
Kelly has helped businesses and non-profit organizations grow through strategic website design and creative services for 10 years. She brings an eye for design and skill to deliver to Carrollco clients as well as her own, and has a long roster of happy clients.
Research, Communications & Team Learning
Trained as a Florida Sterling Examiner, Leslee has extensive workforce development and process improvement experience. Our industry researcher driving digital content for numerous clients, Leslee also facilitates workshops consistently rated tops by both sponsors and participants.
Don Daniel Fowler
SEO, Website Analytics, Reporting
Don brings the deep experience and expertise of APC Digital to Carrollco’s retained services clients. From defining appropriate keyword phrases, gleaning insights from data analytics to regular reporting, Don’s passion is crafting search engine optimization (SEO) for measurable impact. He’s comfortable with technology and keeps systems working, up-to-date and up for business.

Interning at Carrollco while pursuing her Bachelors degree in Communications, Flori Carroll contributes to client research, newsletters and events. Her millennial perspective brings a fresh angle and creative thinking to Carrollco and client publications.

Lisa is a graduate of UC Berkeley, currently based out of Sonoma County, California and working as a content editor. She brings to Carrollco several years’ worth of expertise in various fields, including project coordination/management and English-language proofreading and editing.

Based in Boston, MA, Jeff Ardis has worked for the government trade agencies of Australia and Northern Ireland assisting clients across a range of sectors, and is a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional. Jeff also brings to the team a background in classic brand, sports, and event marketing.

Greg Mitchell graduated in 2007 with a degree in business management and marketing. After close to two decades managing a law firm, he decided to branch out into his true passion of marketing and writing.
